2012 Reserve Cortes de Cima

DESCRIPTION

Star of the range of Cortes de Cima Family Vineyards, this wine was born from a quality harvest. The grapes are fermented at controlled temperatures, in a combination of the rack and return method and regular reruns, preceded by an extended period of maceration of the films, which enhances the fruity characteristics of the grape varieties, and provides tannin structure and balance. The wine was aged for 14 months in French oak barrels (100%), during which time there was a combination of the characteristics of the grapes and the oak components. It was bottled without glue and filtration in April 2014.

Marias da Malhadinha 2013

Description

There are projects that are born winners. This was the case of Malhadinha's estate, which was born victorious, on the baton of passion, dedication and extreme good taste of the Soares family. It started as a vineyard where João Soares and his brother went hunting, to make way for one of the most beautiful Alentejo farms, and probably the best Portuguese Country House. An idyllic paradise for those who enjoy the Alentejo plains. The wines are disconcerting because of their freshness, although they are born in Albernôa, a very hot zone, near Beja, where Malhadinha's estate is located. This freshness makes them extremely appetising wines, makes their fruit very fresh and delicious. A must have.

Mouchão 2013 Tonel Nº 3-4

DESCRIption

The Mouchão Tonel 3-4 is a wine of aristocratic size, deep and opaque, which combines a muscular and virile facet to the subtlety that we recognize the great. It is intense and explosive in the mouth, thin and elegant. At the same time, austere. A very complete wine.

MR Premium Monte da Ravasqueira 2014

Description

The year 2014 was considered exceptional to launch this unique wine, the fruit of a viticulture and precision oenology, that incessantly searches the detailed manifestation of the terroir through bunches or strains that, for many reasons, had a different behavior, influencing its concentration and wealth. The proof of this wine demonstrates the result of the expression of a selection of micro-terroirs inside the terroir of Monte da Ravasqueira. Dark, dense and opaque red. Complex and intense nose with barrel end direction. Peas, cedar, light iodine, black olives, cocoa and intense mixture of black and red fruit and dried figs. Spicy, with black pepper, thyme and mineral extension. In the tasting it has cut tannins, fine and growing with concentration in the middle of taste, balsamic freshness, meat, plums, blueberries and blueberries, full end of strength and mineral. It can and should be decanted. To drink between 2018 and 2034.
